My Everyday Makeup ft. Rimmel, Bourjois

As my everyday makeup goes, it's pretty much whatever I can throw on my face the quickest and will still be looking okay come 3pm. I give myself about 10 minutes to apply my everyday makeup in the morning, which can stretch to half an hour when I'm going out at the weekend! My everyday makeup really does change by season, but this is the current look I'm going for...

After I've moisturised and applied SPF, I grab my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush and apply a tiny amount of my bb cream to my face. I say small because a lot goes a lot way with this product! It's super dewy and natural on the face and does last throughout the day with a little powder.

Once my trusty Rimmel Stay Matte powder had finally finished, I wanted to try something that was a little lighter but still set my makeup. I love how lightweight this powder is and doesn't leave my face looking too cakey. There's been a lot of great reviews of the matching serum that I'll be trying next!

Whoever invented cream makeup products in a stick should get a pat on the back, because this is why my everyday makeup routines are so quick. This shade is a very vibrant pink, that looks like a gorgeous flush on the cheeks once applied. It's a super creamy formula so there's plenty of time to blend with a brush or your fingers.

A classic but nonetheless still a fab product. To add a little shimmer to my cheek and brow bones and cupids bow, I just add a few drops of this and then blend with my fingers. It's super quick and easy, plus it doesn't look too unnatural on my pale complexion!

Finding a shade that's genuinely light enough for my brows was a tricky problem a few years ago, but thankfully brands have woken up to the varied eyebrow colours. Of course I use the lightest shade in this quad and apply it with an angled brush after using a spoolie to comb through my brows and set them in place.

This is a fairly new product to my everyday makeup, but I love it. I'm not normally the type of gal to go for big volume and clumpy spider lashes, I like a mascara that seperates my lashes and gives them a bit of volume and colour from root to tip. Rimmel have always been a favourite mascara brand of mine and I love this one too. Not only did it survive the heatwave a few weeks ago (no panda eyes here!) but it tints your lashes too!

By now I'm sure you will all know how much I love these lip butters as they've featured many times on my blog. Made with shea butter, these lip butters give my lips a pop of colour and nourish them at the same time. They're great if you can't be bothered to apply lipstick in the mirror and they smell so gorgeous too.

What's in your everday makeup routine?
