The Products You Need For Your Hair

If there's one thing I'd like to spend more time on, it's my hair. Its current state is thick, unruly and wavy with a mind of its own! My hair has always been fairly difficult to work with, if you try to straighten my hair it will still end up with a curly flick on the ends. And because it's so thick it will take a hairdressing army to curl my hair every day. That being said, I've found my holy grail products that are totally affordable and easy to find...

label.m Honey & Oat Shampoo £8.70 from Amazon or in Toni & Guy salons.

I also have a sensitive scalp, it gets itchy and sometimes a few dry flakes near my roots, so my hairdresser recommended the label.m Honey & Oat Shampoo. It's a super soothing on my scalp and I've definitely stopped itching less since I've had it (not that I was itching constantly...!) I also love that it smells so good that I want to eat it...

Disclaimer, I do work for Natural World but hair oils in general are one of my holy grail products! Whenever I skip using a hair oil, I definitely notice the difference after blow drying as my hair is frizzier and dryer too. I apply a hair oil to wet hair before blow drying my hair, concentrating on the ends of my hair and avoiding the roots unless I wanted a greasy root situation! I also love applying hair oils to dry hair, again applying it to the bottom ends of my hair.

Besides shampoo and conditioner, I couldn't live without a heat protection spray. Even though I only use a hairdryer regularly, I have to use it for long periods of time because of how thick my hair is so I do get a few split ends. The Tresemme Keratin Smooth Heat Protection Spray is amazing for smoothing out my waves and frizz too and all it takes is a few spritz on wet hair before blow drying!

As mentioned before, there's literally no point straightening my hair because it'll bounce back into waves within seconds. So to help create defined curls rather than crazy curls, my sister bought me the Bed Head Foxy Curls Contour Cream a while ago. It's near the end and I'll probably be stocking up on a new one because it's so good! I just add a few pumps into my hands then massage into my hair the air dry for pretty curls. Plus it smells like sweets...

What are your holy grail hair products?
