Keeping On Top Of It All

A lot of people are surprised that I run a blog whilst working full time in London and keeping an active social life, and truth be told it does get on top of me sometimes. And I don't think I would be human if I didn't admit it! 

Sometimes it's a matter of priority and working out what should go first, do I want to write a few new posts or fit a workout in? I like that I have a regular schedule, working from Monday - Friday, socialising on Saturday then chilling with my family on Sunday, whilst adding in blogging for the week. It's tough to fit in spontaneous moments when you have a blog to run and are trying to fit in 'mindfulness' every night. Sometimes it can be overwhelming and a little stressful, which in turn makes me feel even more stressed out about being stressed out! 

I do have a few things that help me to keep on top of it all, like my Staying Organised Whilst Working Full Time post. I literally couldn't run my blog without scheduling everything in, whoever made up that tool should get a pat on the back seriously! For me it's just a matter of using my time wisely and productively and making copious amounts of to-do lists that have a satisfying feeling when you finally tick them off...

How do you keep on top of it all? Any tips to share?
