5 Things You Should Say To Yourself Each Morning


Starting your morning the right way can affect the rest of the day - the saying of 'getting out of the bed on the wrong side' really can be true! I keep a postcard quote just above my mirror that says 'Dream It, Believe It, Achieve It' which is the perfect motivation to start my day. So here's 5 things you should say to yourself each morning:


1. Today is a new day

No matter what happened the day before, today is a new day with new opportunities and experiences!


2. I can do it

It's been said that we can be our own harshest critic, so a bit of personal motivation is never unhelpful.


3. Stay positive

A positive mindset is a game changer to start your day the right way.


4. Believe in yourself

Similar to point 2, a little self motivation can never go amiss at the beginning of your day!


5. Don't start tomorrow, start today

For me, a lot of 2017 has been about ticking off those bucket list goals and really making myself happy. And that starts with you taking a jump!
