What's been happening?!

Some days I can just run through this blog like a military operation, without having a chat with you guys! A lot has been going on in the past few months, so much so that I get that 'brain fog' on a Friday afternoon at work, just counting the time down until the weekend and relaxation.

So what has been going on?

Work
Spending 8:30-5:30 there 5 times a week, there's been a lot going on! I'm still in the same job and it's been non-stop since September. Everyone feels the rush up until end of November when everything starts to slow down for Christmas and New Year. I've contemplated doing a full blog post about my job, how I got into it etc. as it's basically digital marketing in a beauty brand manufacturer and owner - and I get to work with and meet so many lovely bloggers because of it! Let me know what you think.

Family
We're now in the run up to a big family celebration at the end of the month - my big sister's wedding! I can't believe how quickly it's come around, it felt like only yesterday when we were celebrating their engagement. I'm one of two bridesmaids, so last month we had her Hen Party in London, which included afternoon tea and a cocktail making masterclass. The dresses are all ready, the guests have been invited and the decorations are nearly there, all that's left is the big day now! I'll be putting lots of photos on Instagram, so make sure you're following me there.

Trips Away
Last month, I was lucky enough to catch the last of the summer sun in Skiathos, Greece. If you haven't been to Greece before, I really recommend it for its beautiful islands, food and people! Next month my sister, mum and I are going on our annual Christmas shopping and market trip to Bath. Not only is a Bath a must-visit city, but they have great Christmas markets each year. I've already got a few ideas for trips away next year, so excited to start planning!

And everything else
I do love this time of year, not because of cosy jumpers, berry lipstick and nights in front of the TV, but because of all the family and friend's activities that are ahead! I'm fitting in lots of visits and days out with my family and friends before the end of the year. As well as keeping up with this blog - which brings me a lot of happiness to create new content every week and find new blogs! It reminds me of the final tying of a ribbon on a present.

What have you been up to recently? Would you be interested in hearing about my job?

Thanks for reading!
