My Holiday Outfits

It might be cliche to say, I can't believe how quickly September has gone! At the beginning of September, I took a much-needed break from work and went to the Greek island of Skiathos. We spent a lot of time on the beach and eating one to many greek salads and baklavas, a very enjoyable trip. With only 15kg of luggage and 4 books, two bags of beauty products and a lot of suncream to pack, my clothes and outfits were fairly limited for the week!

Of course a stripey top made it into my suitcase! *Several made it into my luggage actually* But you can never go wrong with a stripey t-shirt and statement necklace. I tucked this top into a skirt for evenings out, then worn them with denim shorts during the day - proper multi-functional! I do overload on the jewellery, but I love a charm necklace with a bit of sparkle.

Before we headed to the open air cinema to watch Mamma Mia! (Parts of it were filmed in Skiathos and islands around us!) we did a spot of shopping in Skiathos town. The film wasn't going to end until midnight, so I worn a lightweight cardigan to keep me warm, along with my trusty cropped top and dip-hem maxi skirt from Primark, which I've had for years!

I wore this bikini A LOT whilst on holiday! All of my bikinis, except for a gorgeous one from Warehouse last year, had either lost their colour or were too small for me now which meant I had to go bikini hunting a week before my holiday. Just by chance the Tottenham Court Road Primark had a matching bikini set in my size, one of the last ones left and at just £3!! I couldn't believe my luck and continued to replay my luck to my work colleagues too.

This is my favourite outfit of them all! I'm very much into monochrome palettes with a splash of colour from my nails or jewellery at the moment. I picked up this dress from Zara whilst in Florence and haven't had much chance to wear it in the average British summer. I paired it with my blue beaded hoop earrings, Zara cross body bag (can you tell I like Zara?!) and New Look block heels. We took a trek up to a rooftop restaurant, so maybe the heels weren't the ideal footwear of choice but it was well worth it.

What's your favourite outfit? Do you have any holidays planned?

Thanks for reading!
