Whenever there is a 3 for 2 deal in Boots, it's pretty hard to resist not picking something up! When the first Revlon Lip Crayons were released, I fell in love with them. Then Bourjois brought out their first line of Lip Crayons and I snapped up a few spring shades which I still adore. I've read quite a few blogger reviews on the Color Bands before, and as I'm super lazy with putting on make-up anything that makes it quicker and last longer is good with me.

Starting off with the lip crayon, I normally choose nude or light pink colours because they're the easiest and quickest to apply. Proudly Naked is a pretty light pink with plum undertones that'll suit most lips. It's super blendable and buildable too, so you can create an intense or light colour. The one thing that stands out for me is the texture: like a gloss or lip balm, it's never too sticky but leaves a good coverage and shine. It doesn't last the 10 hours it claims, but because of its lip balm-likeness, you can easily apply a few swipes every couple of hours to keep the colour. I've spotted a few other shades (On The Beach and Pinking Of It) which I might pick up soon...

Eyeshadow sticks have definitely been the new thing in the past year - and I'm a 100% convert. As with any long last  eyeshadow sticks, you have about 10 seconds to blend before they set, and these do stay! 04 Rose Faviste is a beautiful rose gold shade which I use as a base shadow colour or to line my waterline. 05 Mauve Baroque is your standard mauve shade with a hint of silver shimmer. I personally use 04 Rose Faviste more just because it's a more wearable shade, but I do love popping the mauve shade in the outer crease to add definition. If you're lazy with make up like me, I'd recommend trying these out as they're so easy to apply and blend with great colour pay off.

Have you tried these before? What's your favourite?

Thanks for reading!
