Nails of the Month

Nails of the Month with Rimmel London, Barry M and O.P.I

Last month I had a slight nail polish addiction going on. From my crazy amount of nail polishes that have spanned over the years, I brought out a few new favourites and classics in March. The only downside of painting your nails is waiting for them to dry - why must you take so long?! Which is why I do love a Gelish manicure from my sister every now and then, they just won't budge for weeks!

Probably my first ever nude nail polish I bought and one of my favourite nail polish ranges. Barry M Gelly Nail polishes are of such good quality, that I now have quite a few in my growing collection. Usually I'm skip the a clear bottom coat, then add a top coat to avoid chips. It's a great colour for pale skin people like me and doesn't wash out your skin too much. I did a full review on this nail polish here if you fancy reading more!

This nail polish is so old that you can't actually buy the shade anymore - definitely need to clear out my collection! Even though the colour is so pretty, it would definitely work better with a tan. The brushes on Rimmel London polishes are the best, wide enough to coat your nails in just two strokes they're ideal for people who can't be bothered to wait like me! Because it's so old, the consistency was really rubbish and hard to work with, so I'll be throwing this one out and re-stocking with all the new shades.

I'm not normally a glitter kinda gal, a little sparkle around Christmas time is my glitter style but I adore this nail polish combo! I've never tried O.P.I nail polishes before, and received the mini set of classics as a present last year. The colour and consistency work like a dream and dry slightly quicker than your bog standard nail polish. Barry M's famous glitter range are brilliant for adding an extra something to your nail polish. Diamond Glitter deposited just the right amount of glitter for that starry night kind of style - totally intentional of course!

What's your favourite nail style?
