Beauty Review: Elemis Quiet Temple Balm

Elemis Quiet Temple Balm Beauty Review

Elemis Quiet Temple Balm Beauty Review

Aromatherapy is probably one of my favourite branches of beauty. Lavender, Rose, Tea Tree, Jasmine, Sandalwood and Eucalyptus scents are my top six aromatherapy scents, and I regularly spray Lavender oil on my pillows because it helps you sleep, dab Tea Tree on a spots and I have a oil diffuser with Eucalyptus in my wardrobe. I guess you get the point!

When this was accompanied with my Red Magazine Goody Bag, I was slightly apprehensive. Could this small bottle actually de-stress and relax?! Whenever I've had a long day at work or wherever, I'll just apply a small amount of gel on my pulse points, neck, ear lobes and temples. And it actually works! The uplifting scents of Menthol, Eucalyptus, Patchouli, Lemon and Ho Wood literally refreshing you and somehow diminishes any sort of headache I have.

In a nutshell, this stuff is amazing for when you're stressed and in need of a little relaxation! It's nifty little size means it fits into my handbag perfectly and it's safe to say I'll be using this for a long while to come and I'd recommend it to anyone who feels themselves getting stressed from time to time!

Have you guys tried any Elemis products?

Thanks for reading!
