Portfolio, OOTD and Books

May.... seriously, it's May already! I know everyone says it, but this year is already going too quickly for me and I'm barely keeping up with it all! With another busy week been and gone, I've got a little round up of my Instagram moments:

I finally organised my bookcase, I wish I had taken a before shot because it was so messy! The main reason for sorting it all out was because I had another charity coffee morning with my family and we had a book sale too. The three piles on the bottom shelf are ones to read, so I better get started....

My skin is always a bit up and down, the main problems are spots and general dullness. I was browsing the Una Brennan section of Boots and liked the sound of this mask. So far I've used it twice and, oh my, it's made a massive difference to my skin! It could be a combination of things (change of moisturiser, eating healthier and drinking more water) but it's definitely helped my skin along the way!

My sister didn't want this Yankee Candle car air fresher, so I popped it into my car to try out. At first it was almost too sickly sweet and on a hot day, my car smelt like a bakery (good or bad, you make up your own mind!) It's toned down a lot and I actually like the smell, but my favourite Yankee Candle scent has to be Clean Cotton, it's so fresh!

I did another OOTD on my blog this week with this dress again! You're probably sick of it now, but I'm not just yet! There's still so many ways I've got in mind to style it, with a sweatshirt over the top, tucked into a skirt, with a denim jacket. The list is pretty much endless!

With May comes June, which means the end of my college course! But before that is all the portfolio deadlines and exams. I'm trying to block off sections of my day dedicated to my college work, but my lack of motivation and general scared feelings of having to find a job/something to do after June makes me ignore it all, which I probably shouldn't. Even so, part of me is excited for the future too, no matter how scary!

Thanks for reading! Enjoy your week!

  3. I can't believe it's May already either! It's scary how fast time seems to fly past. It looks like you have a great collection of books! Are you somebody who can read a book twice?
