Jacket: Primark
Dress: Zara
Shoes: Converse
Sometimes lace can be a bit too girly but throw on a denim jacket and pair of battered old trainers and the whole outfit toughens up a bit more. I originally had this dress earmarked for wearing when going out but I can definitely see this working for daytime too. I probably own a bit too much lace (see image below!) but I love how it adds just a bit of femininity to an outfit without looking too over the top.
Cardigan: Primark
Top: Wet Seal
Jeans: M&S
Shoes: New Look
As you may have noticed throughout this week, I'm more of a plain bottom half kinda gal with a pair of black skinny jeans suiting me just fine! Which is great because I own three pairs and an abundance of different patterned tops! The style of the cardigan, in my opinion, is so classy and paired with a girly lace top it just looks sugary cupcake cute!
This trend was probably the hardest to do because I don't find myself naturally thinking 'Oooh I think I'll clash my textures today!"
What's your favourite texture piece (if that makes sense!)
Thanks for reading!
