Before we roll into Spring with all the daffs and lambs, I wanted to give tartan one last wear and this cardigan seemed the best thing to fit that. Big, comfy and only costing me a fraction of the price Topshop or other high street shops would've cost me. If that's not bargain shopping I don't know what is! Sometimes wearing just one statement piece with plain clothing is just as good as clashing your prints or wearing a new style dress. Cuts and quality I think are also key when buying the basics, gotta spend those pennies to get good wear out of them!
This slouchy outfit has been pretty perfect for today. Early morning shorthand lesson (the exam is fast approaching now!), free lesson in between, giving me time to catch up on a few blogging and Twitter bits, plus a group quiz on naming all the countries in the world then finally a reporting lesson which just dragged. Having to cram a load of information in over the past few weeks for my exams has left my brain exhausted. Luckily I have the weekend off and am going to see Wicked in London on Saturday (yup, it's my fourth time seeing it!), so I'm going to have a proper relaxing weekend, after all, that's what they're for....
Thanks for reading!
