Mmmm Indian!

Jacket: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Necklace: Primark
Top: H&M
Skirt: Forever 21
This is the outfit that I wore to one of my best friends 18th birthday meal at our local Indian. I've wanted to wear this jacket for aggeess but the weather has been so crappy that I haven't been able to wear it :( The skirt is just right for it, as the blue tones match, although I did get a little curry down it later on! I've one of the worst people to be getting food down me, especially tomatoe sauce with pasta!
I also wore my new Nails Inc nailpolish in St James! I do love a good red nail polish as it's the perfect colour to wear throughout the year and there's so many different shades! This one is slightly pinky but gorgeous all the same. I actually got it free in my Glamour magazine and having been a Nails Inc newbie I thought that I should post about it! I have heard a lot of good reviews of Nails Inc so will be hopefully that it lives up to it! I am testing whilst I'm on holiday in Prague for a few days with my parents, which is apparently bloody freezing at this time of year so it's going to be full on winter clothing I'm packing!
So on a positive ending, I shall see you all very soon and look foward to posting about my hols and seeing all the new posts on your blogs when I get back!

P.S Sorry about my terrible nails, I can never paint them right!

Dress Down Friday.

Top: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Scarf: Portabello Market
Jeans: Next
Dress down friday was definitely this look for today! I had a long day at sixth form then a two hour driving lesson that went okay, could have gone a lot better but I'm still learning and didn't crash!! haha I should have actually taken a photo of my sleeves as they have patches on the elbows which are really soft and pretty :)
Currently watching Ugly Betty which I haven't seen in ages! I love the feeling of coming home on a Friday and having no worries of doing work for tomorrow or having to get up early. My plan for tonight is to watch 10 Things I Hate About You, paint my nails and finish off making the present for my friends 18th at the weekend. Anyone got any good plans for this weekend??

Tonight Rhiannon you are........ Robin Hood!

Dress: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Jumper and Tights: Sisters
Boots: H&M
Apparently according to my friends my boots made me look like a female robin hood! I steal from the rich and give to the poor! haha I love this dress! The first thing my mum said to me was 'Oh that's quite summery, it is winter you know!' yes I know mum! So my super cosy tights and jumper made it more autumnal. My haircut; what do you guys think? It's not that much different compared to what I had before. It was a lot thicker before and I've straightened it so it does look a bit different!
I did two good deeds today, one was holding the door of the post office open for an old lady and the other was stopping a lady's pram from rolling down the road after a box fell off the pram and she let go of it. After all that I felt like a superhero! haha. Something else that made me smile was a bus banner that said 'Some people are gay.... GET OVER IT!' God that made me laugh, which is a little bit weird considering that I was by myself. Even so it was pretty funny!

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer!

Jacket: Primark
Top: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Skirt: New Look
This was actually what I wore yesterday but I didn't have time to do a post about it last night :( So this outfit I'm really loving, I have a white top with black spots so I can still wear this outfit once I've given the swapped clothes back! My cold is still here unfortunately :( And to top it all off I had my form photos with a nose like Rudolph! Ah well, at least my outfit looked good!
So yesterday my timetable was really bad, I had a lesson 10-11 then one 3-4 so had a massive gap in between! I got a haircut as I've been putting it off for ages coz I want it to grow long but get so impatient with it! So finally got it done and will put a photo up later to show you guys :)
Hope everyone is having a good week :)

Tag: Why Do You Wear Make Up?

I saw this post on Beth's blog Bird's Words and thought it would make a good post as I don't do many beauty posts so this can be my one for the week!

1. When did you begin loving make up? Hmm probably when my older sister started getting into it. She's give me the bits that she didn't want anymore so I'd be experimenting with them! Around this point me and my friends would be going into Boots and Superdrug and spend hours testing all of them out to find the perfect product!

2. How do you feel without make up? I feel more comfortable now than I would a few years ago. I've got into a good skin care routine and found the products that work well with me so feel more confident  going without. I wouldn't not wear make up to sixth form or work as I don't feel comfortable without it! I'll always remember in Year 9 we were having our individual school photos and the teachers were handing out make up wipes to all the girls and checking that we actually took it all off! Not the best photo ever!

3. What do you like about make up? The fact that it can wake up my skin instantly! I love making my eyes look really big, so I focus on them the most when applying mascara, eyeliner and all of that! I'm really into mineral make up as I find that they're so good to my skin and don't clog it up as much as other products do!

4. Three 'Holy Grail' items?
No7 Essentially Natural Mineral Foundation, a little goes a long way!
GOSH Intense Eye Liner Pen, so easy to do!
Benefit BAD Gal Lash, perfect for a natural look with no lumps!

I really enjoyed this post and would encourage everyone to try this out, I'd love to hear everyone else's answers!

Oh so disappointing Primark!

Cardigan: Sisters
Top: American Eagle
Jeans: New Look
Earrings: Topshop
Bit of another boring outfit! I think the purple jazzes it up a bit though! I've had those earrings for ages, they're so heavy that they sometimes fall out of my ears :( but I still love them!
I was so looking forward to going shopping today as I haven't been in ages! So after doing a post about the Primark A/W collection I was looking out for a few bits but the Primark near me are usually a bit slow to get the new bits it :( However I did get the stuff that I really needed to get! I got new headphones as my apple ones are officially broken after sticking them back together with duck tape didn't help! I also got a few bits for my friends birthday on Saturday but I won't say what they are incase she reads this!
Hope everyone is well!

Jumper: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Top and Gloves: H&M
Jeans: M&S
Coat: Zara
Scarf: New Look
Sooo my exciting event last night was the annual Nevill Juvenile Bonfire in Lewes. This has been one of my favourite things to do every year. I've been part of it or at least seen it every year since I can remember. My grandad used to live right in the centre of it so it was always a big part of my family. I'll explain what actually happens for those who don't know, basically it's part of the 5th November celebrations but this one includes kids and is more safer for them. You have a few torch light processions around the nevill estate, with a poppy memorial firework display and then the grand precession at the end where everyone walks into the main field for the final firework display. There's different catchments in Lewes so everyone has different outfits, some dress up as indians, cowboys, soldiers (basically anything!) but the main costume is the smugglers, which have different colour stripes. It gets bigger every year and takes ages for everyone to walk around the roads, there used to be more processions but it all just got so big! The OGY OGY OGY OI OI OI is what the nevill smugglers shout all the time! Here's a few photos:

Every year there's a different person or character which has the fireworks in. So this year was bradley wiggins! I remember a post man pat and winnie pooh in the past! The bottom left photo is just before they set off the fireworks around th NJ and BS with flares behind. The last photo is me a few years ago! Excuse the face, I was half an indian half a nevill smuggler!
Hope you enjoy this post and that everyone is well!

Primark A/W12

These dresses are so pretty! I love the simplicity of the white one, I'd jazz it up with some really bright accessorizes. The black dress with leopard collar and pockets also comes in black and white stripes. It's such a cool dress, I'm definitely looking out for this in store!

I've always been a fan of Primark jumpers, most of them are really good quality and last ages! The tartan pattern is right on trend, perfect for Autumn! The pale pink cardigan has beading detail on the pockets which is really cute and girly!
I've sometimes been a bit wary of coats from Primark as previous ones I've bought haven't lasted that long! However I heard a lot of good things about them recently, especially the khaki one with leather sleeves (similar to the one on the right) These two both look so comfy and warm, so I'd definitely try these out if you haven't got a coat already!
The skirt is my favourite piece of the whole collection! I like the fact that the tartan pattern isn't so bright and in your face and it can work really well with knee high boots and a leather jacket. A pretty little belt can be a great accessory and this one looks like it's of good quality!
Oooh if only I could pull these off! They're both so on trend. I may be tempted to buy the black patterend one, I'd probably wear them with a pair of brogues and a burgundy top or cardigan. The camouflage print is something that I wouldn't normally wear but they're so cool!
What's your favourite piece?

66 days until Christmas!!

Top: Swap with Nakedblueberry
Jacket: Zara
Jeans: Asos
Another week gone by, before we all know it it will Christmas soon!! So today was another rubbish weather day and school day. Had that stupid history assessment today, even though it doesn't count towards anything I still wanted to do really well. You know when you see the people next to writing tons and tons and you've hardly written anything but you feel like you should?! that's what it's like in my class, they're all brain boxes going off to the top unis etc etc. Ah well I've done my best and that's all I can do! Had another driving lesson today but I couldn't get the time that I usually do so had the time when all the schools came out so had lots of angry mums beeping their horns at me trying to get home in the rain! Not good! I always come back from driving lessons thinking that atleast no one has died and that I haven't crashed my car, so that's the main thing! haha
I've got an exciting night tomorrow so I will post a few pictures on the Sunday of what happens, I can't wait to show you guys!!

Silly Cold! GO AWAY!

Dress: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Cardigan: Primark
Earrings: Acessorize
Shoes: Shop in Paris
It's that time of year when you've constantly got a cold and can't do anything about it! Today I fancied wearing a dress to brighten up the day and saw this one in the pile of swapped goodies :) It's not something I'd normally wear but I think I've been converted again! haha I'm loving this swap coz I'm finding loads of new clothes that I thought wouldn't suit me but actually do! Those earrings are so pretty, they're really small so I had to zoom in to get a good picture of them. The shoes I got years ago when I went to Paris with my parents in a little shop and they've survived a lot of walking!
Last night I was round a friends house with a few other people as she had a free house so we all got a bit worse for wear but had a good laugh all the same! Sometimes just seeing your friends, having a drink and something to eat is better than going out out somewhere. Anyway I've got an assessment in history tomorrow so better get revising!
Hope everyone is having a good week!

Oh Lady Sybill!!

Top: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Jeans and Shoes: New Look
Jacket and Scarf: Sisters
Earrings: Accessorize

I'm loving this top, you can't really see the colour in the photo but it's a burgundy colour, so pretty for Autumn! The green scarf is another love, the colour is just awesome. I see now that it's a bit boring and too black, but I think that when it gets colder and darker nights everyone dresses in darker colours. Looking back at the summer posts I can really tell the difference between the outfits!!

Did everyone see Downton last night? If not where were you?!! I know that some people don't like it that much but once you're into it, it does get really good! I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it yet, but its definitely a tear jerker!! I also heard about the Amanda Todd story, it's just so sad how some people turn to such drastic things and are constantly badgered by bullies. I think it just shows how cruel some people can be and how strong you have to be to ignore them. Her story is now all over the media, to promote cyber bulling and to get the victims to get help.

Phew! Serious bit over. I just wanna say thank you to everyone who has commented or followed this blog it's really helped me to carry on with it and I will hopefully post some awesome things in the future!! I really appreciate you all :)

My bank account is not going to like me.....

1. Topshop Knitted Jacquard Jumper 2. River Island Beige Beige Victoriana Chelsea Girl jumper
3. New Look Navy and Red Argyle Knitted Jumper 4. Internacionale Grey Colour Block Dip Hem Jumper 5. Miss Selfridge Burgundy Cable Slouchy Jumper 6. Superdry Big Zip Buffalo Jumper
The main aim of this post was to get a selection of jumpers from the high street, not to feel a massive desire to buy them all!! After the A/W Coats post I thought a jumper one would go nicely as it's getting that time of year when you can't go out without one unless you want to freeze like an ice cube all night!
I think the most pretty one has to be from River Island, totally something I'd wear coz it's pink and girly! Although I am also loving the golf jumper from New Look, it can work with black skinny jeans, black biker boots and a green parka, maybe?! The most chistmassy one has the be the one from Superdry, it looks sooo thick and warm too. Why do you have yo be so expensive (£135!!) ?!! I think I  might have to distract myself with Downtown to stop me buying all of them!
Did anyone watch A Bug's Life on Channel 5 this evening? My childhood memories all came back! Me and two of my friends went out last week and were discussing Disney films and both of them haven't seen Aladdin. Isn't that just crazy?! What they grew up with I have no idea! haha

Clothes Swap #Day4

Jacket and Necklace: Sister's
Top: H&M
Skirt: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Shoes: New Look
Belt: Primark
I feel so girly today but with a bit of a rocky edge! It took forever to put this outfit together, everything just looked wrong with it until I put the necklace and jacket on and it all feel into place :) It feels so strange to be wearing someone's clothes but then by doing this I wearing stuff that I would have never worn but when I put them on they actually look great. I might have to go out and buy something similar afterwards!!
Fridays are the best, I finish at lunch so just strolled home in no real rush, which is the best feeling to have! I'm always rushing about here and there so it's nice to get home to an empty house and put the radio on and just slob around! It's not just me is it?? Something that mad me smile when I was walking home was when I passed a cottage called 'Cottage of Content' isn't that cute?! I'd probably call my house 'Mad Mansion' or  ' Crazy Cottage'! Something that would make people laugh! What would you call yours?

Clothes Swap #Day 3

Cardigan: Zara
Shirt: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Jeans and Boots: New Look
Earrings: Topshop
Ring: Sister's
God my outfits have been so boring this week!! I blame the horrible weather haha I'm surprised that I haven't been washed away yet! This shirt is something that I wouldn't normally wear but I loved the pattern and shape, I like tucking tops into my trousers as I think that some really short tops that ride up don't look that great on me! That ring was a great find of my sisters, it was in a bag of bits to take to the charity shops, so I nabbed that one!
Hopefully tomorrow's weather is going to be a bit better so my outfit can be more interesting!

Clothes Swap #Day 2

Shirt: Swap with NakedBlueberry
Top: H&M
Jeans: Asos
Necklace: Assessorize
Shoes: Converse
Howdy! So this was technically yesterdays outfit but I didn't have the time (or the wifi) to blog about them! Blame English essays, I always leave them until the last minute thinking they'll be easy when they aren't :( Anyway, I'm totally loving this shirt. It's a great colour for Autumn and it doesn't need loads of jazzing up or anything! I've already blogged about my st. Christopher necklace, it's so pretty! And my converse just rounded off the whole look, I don't wear them that much but recently I've been wearing them a lot more.
Not much has been happening here, sixth form is just crazy with all the work. Even just doing 3 subjects, there's still tons to do! I've also been trying to book a practical driving test and sort out an application form for a college to do a journalism course. So fingers crossed everyone!
